The carrier will send you an email with a tracking number of your parcel as soon as it is processed
and out for delivery.
The shipping cost to Italy is 5,50 € and if you spend more than 150 € the shipping is free.
The shipping cost to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,
Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands is 14€ and if you spend
more than 200 € the shipping is free.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour of style, the return costs are on
you but shipping costs for the new item are on us. On the other hand, if you want to exchange your
item for a different one, you'll have to follow the return process and place a new order.
To exchange please follow these steps:

3/The return will be managed within 7 - 14 working days following the date of receipt of the goods
returned to the warehouse and within the same term Conscyou.com will replace the product (or
refund the price in case of impossibility of replacement).
You will receive your money back for your order on your bank account. Expect a maximum of 14
days processing time after reception of the goods to get refunded.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us by email that you want to return your
product. The product(s) must be as new and must still have a tag on. We will not refund any
damaged and/or used products.
Please follow these simple steps to return your product:
1/ Send us an email at email@example.com, indicating the reason for return (optional), order
number and product name.
2/ We will send you a return label that you will have to put on your parcel and then go to the Post
office and ship it from there.
3/ After receiving and checking the return good(s) we will send you an email confirming that we have
accepted your return & process the refund in the form of a transfer back to your bank account.
